ISP Delhi Bureau

He is one of the most viewed motivational speakers in India. Sandeep Maheshwari, a self-made millionaire and public personality owns the largest photo library and has literally made his own image bazaar.

With around 20 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, he has kept it all free to watch for his audience and has no plans to monetise it either because of his intent to provide a seamless experience to his fans. He conducts motivational seminars and keeps it free for entry so that tickets don’t become a barrier between him and his audience.

Sandeep was born to aluminium businessman Roop Kishore Maheshwari and Shakuntala Rani in the year 1980 and has one sister. He had a struggling childhood of dearth living in a rented apartment and suffered with low scores till class 11th.

Sandeep started his first business at the age of 13. That experience of him was a surprise to many as he suffered from poor self-esteem and was an underdog in the school days. He had become a smoking addict early in school life. His first business cropped from a very practical idea. His father had gifted him a two-wheeler and young Sandeep used to rent it to his friends to make money. Thus started the profit making journey of this entreprenour.

By his secondary school examination, Sandeep became a smoking addict and it became a real problem for his physical and mental growth. Indecisive and troubled, Sandeep found solace in his childhood love and bounced back to academic performance securing a seat in the prestigious Kirorimal College in Delhi. Once in college, young Sandeep resolved to help others to evolve out of the dilemma which he had faced.

In the first year of college, Sandeep and his friends started a career guidance cell for school students which became a hit. The experience earned him well wishers as well gave him pocket money. Rest was history. He started a liquid soap manufacturing company and also worked hard to enter into the modelling business and later pursued photography business as a career. To make himself famous in the photography circuit, Sandeep clicked more than 10,000 photos in 10 hours 45 minutes and broke the world record making him an overnight sensation.

In 2005, he started the project ImagesBazaar to pay the models and help in their upliftment instead of charging money from them. The company initially started with making portfolios but it soon shifted its focus to stock photos and it became a roaring success. ImagesBazaar is the largest company in the world in terms of Indian stock photos and videos with around 7000 clients in more than 45 countries.
